This policy explains what information Accel Financials LLC ("we", "us") collects through accelfinancials.com and how it is used. We collect as little as the site needs to work and to reply to you.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, funding stage, service interest, and message you enter. When you request a downloadable resource, we receive the email address you enter. We use this information only to respond to you, to send the resource you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation if we go on to work together.

Information collected automatically

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It records page views, referrer, approximate country, device type, and browser. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. Vercel, which hosts the site, also keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a short period for security and reliability.

Who processes your data

• Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides analytics. Servers are located in the United States.
• Resend Inc. delivers messages sent through the contact form to our inbox.
• Google Workspace stores our email, including messages you send us.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside these providers except when required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and resource requests are kept in our email for as long as they are useful for the conversation, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is aggregated and retained by Vercel according to its policy.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@accelfinancials.com and we will respond within a few business days. You can use every page on this site without submitting any information.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted here.
